I’m passionate about functional fitness that helps you get the most out of what you enjoy doing - whether that’s heavy lifting sessions, exploring new cities on foot, 4am dancefloors, running after your kids, gardening or Strava flexing - training with me is the perfect way to keep you doing more of it for as long as possible.

Going upside down is good for ya. In this workshop we'll spend time practising inversions (crow, headstand, handstand, forearm balances etc) as well as actually building the muscles you need to stay there.

About me

However you feel about fitness, I promise you I’ve been there. From skipping PE in the school toilets, I started practising yoga in a school hall in Croydon in 2013, started strength training during the booty-band Gymshark era in 2016, and since then have fallen in love with all kinds of mobility and fitness training. It’s magic!!

Today, I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and currently studying for my Level 3 Personal Training qualification. I have practiced yoga for 12 years alongside calisthenics, weight-lifting, and running, and would love to help you find the mix that works for you. You will never see me running a marathon - but if you’re thinking about doing one, I can help you avoid injury!
